Blow Molding Machine
The machine equiped with Siemens control system. Electrical components such PLC, motor, energy saving inverter, contactor and low voltage electrical parts are all Siemens. The machine has an excellence performance with Siemens control system.
Special designed mold clamping system, stable and reliable. Higher lock pressure, fast closing and opening.
Thicker mold clamping platen, solid stiffener provide super stregth to the platen. No deformation during high locking pressure. Ensure the perfect shape of products.
Advanced IKV screw are using. Enforced feeding ensure the higher plasticizing capacity and energy saving. Efficiency cooling system and heater covers make the maintenance simple and safe.

2. Main characteristics of 5 Gallon/8 Gallon Drum Extrusion Blow Molding Machine:
1). Continous extrusion head, single layer, the capacity is up to 0.5L-15L jerrycan, bottles, drum ans etc products.
2). It process the material as HDPE, PP, ABS and etc.
3). Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz (depending on client's county ).
4). It is double station, which can equip with 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 cavity, the specific will be according to customer's capacity request. This type of machine is high speed machine. It is suitable for higher capacity requirment customer. The capacity for 1L bottle, 6 cavity is about 2200PCS/h which has higher efficiency than the normal type bottle extrusion blow molding machine.

General Information for this 5 Gallon/8 Gallon Drum Extrusion Blow Molding Machine:
Extrusion system: Screw: Specially designed based on material's trait, high quality nitriding steel 38crmoala, with nitriding surface hv≥ 800, brittleness≤ 2.
Die head system: Vontinous extrusion die head, single cylinder, central injection, vertical fist in first out design, accumulator channel slick; Slip parts like injection piston and cylinder made with different material and technique, work balanced and reliable.
Clamping system: Fixed clamping system, double diagonal tie bar single cylinder central clamping, wider space for the mould, install and dismantle the mould easily, linear roll guide rail.
Hydraulic system: Adopted proportional pressure controlling, with hydraulic valve and pump of Taiwan yuken, balanced and accurate action, prolonged useful life, sensitive response.
Electrical system: Adopt PLC to control the action program of the whole machine; Adopt touch screen for communication, parameter setting, modification and picture display
